At Penucci, every timepiece is crafted with uncompromising precision, using only the finest materials and components. We stand firmly behind the quality of our craftsmanship — which is why each watch is protected by a 2-year international warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers any manufacturing or movement defects under normal conditions of use. Should your watch experience an issue related to the mechanism, assembly, or craftsmanship during this period, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge by our authorized service team.

Please note that this warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by accidents, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs
• Normal wear and tear (including scratches on the crystal, case, or bracelet)
• Water damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow care guidelines
